FULFILLMENT/SHIPPING POLICY
HOLIDAY ORDERING + SHIPPING
Holiday Ordering Deadlines:
USPS First Class Mail | Order by Monday 12/13
USPS Priority Mail | Order by Wednesday 12/15
USPS Priority Mail Express | Order by Friday 12/17
Order by these dates for expected delivery by Christmas! As always, we will do our absolute best to fulfill + ship orders ASAP, but unfortunately we do not have control of any orders once they leave the RMP studio! Please order early to ensure a timely delivery, as shipping delays are expected this time of year.
Order Fulfillment:
Shop Products: Most shop products that do not involve customization or personalization, will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days before being shipped.
Customized/Personalized Shop Products: Shop products that include customized/personalized options will be fulfilled within 7-10 business days before being shipped.
Semi-Custom Wedding Stationery: The production and shipping timeframe of semi-custom wedding stationery is 6-8 weeks.
Custom Wedding Stationery: Clients will receive a separate timeline for their project.
Shipping :
Shop Products: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll be happy to help!
Raechelle Marie Paperie is not responsible for items lost in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim for your order.
Wedding Stationery [custom + semi-custom]:
Before we ship your order to you, we carefully inspect and package everything. Once your stationery order is shipped to you + leaves the Raechelle Marie Paperie studio, Raechelle Marie Paperie is not responsible for any damages or loss of product within the postal network. This also applies to clients who have opted for Raechelle Marie Paperie to mail out their invitations to guests as well. Clients/customers are responsible for any costs applied to order re-prints and rush production and shipping.

USPS Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail Shipping: 1-3 business days
All semi-custom and custom stationery is shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
