CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Custom Wedding Stationery:

All clients will receive a separate contract and sub-agreements, with their project invoice, outlining all terms and conditions for custom services.

​Semi-Custom Wedding Stationery:

Orders may be cancelled before your final proof approval. After your proof is approved and sent to print, your order cannot be cancelled and orders are non-refundable.

​For all other shop stationery and gift products:

Please email us at  within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly return or exchange upon receiving your returned order within 30 days of purchasing date, so long as the item(s) is not used, open, or a final sale product. Customer is responsible for all returned shipping costs.
