How long will it take to receive my order?
All shop products are shipped via USPS. Most shop items will leave the RMP studio within 2-4 business days. Semi-custom stationery orders have a longer production time (see individual listings for timeframe).
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we currently only ship within the United States. Please check back for any updates, as we do plan to start shipping internationally in the near future!
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
No worries here! It's unusual for orders to arrive damaged, but sometimes things happen! Simply send us an email at raechellemariepaperie@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order we will be happy to help!
What is your return policy?
We want you to be as happy about our products as we are! If for whatever reason you wish to return your item, please contact us at raechellemariepaperie@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can take care of any issues that may arise.

What is your invitation mailing policy?
Before we ship your order to you, we carefully inspect and package everything. Once your stationery order is shipped to you + leaves the RMP studio, RMP is not responsible for any damages or loss of product within the postal network. This also applies to clients who have opted for RMP to mail out their invitations to guests as well.
